proasp_codeclinic thread: Includes? topic & global.asa

thks this insight on ext. over the weekend i used asp.
by the way, found out that in order for includes to work correctly the first
line of code had to be
<@language=vbscript>
dont know why but it works just fine.

this had to be first line on first page only. not needed on other pages
