This means that the mail can't be delivered.
Look in your queue directory, and see if there is a .rtr file that matches
one of the emails in the badmail folder. What does the .rtr file say (if
there is one)?
(my _guess_ is that you have not set the relay permissions for the SMTP
server. Since you are sending from hochtief.de to hochtief.de, but the
machine is not called hochtief in the DNS domain .de, then it thinks you are
attempting 3rd party relay. Add the IP address of the machine to the
"allowed to relay" list in the settings for the SMTP server)
