Hi, Is Recordset coming from DLL?
if Yes and colunm name is OK then check the following things:
1) Make sure you Dll return recordset using same column names and those 4 
new colunms are included.

2) if #1 is OK, make sure you are using new version of DLL(on which u added 
4 colunms), you can check registery how many version of your DLL exist.

3) if you can not find any problems in previous 2 steps, that will be really 
strange. Now you have to do is to build this string add one field value at a 
time to see what colunm cause the error (error line number)
