I used CDONTS
I was not sure that my server running Linux/ChiliASP would accept CDONTS

no.. i was just saying that you shouldnt have them on both pages. i dont
think it will make a difference.

 I didn't declare  <%@ LANGUAGE=VBSCRIPT %>
and no I do not have the head and html tags in the page where is incerted
the "includes" these tags are on the includes only.
Are you telling me that those tags should be removed from the includes
files and left on the skeleton page?
