proasp_codeclinic thread: Re: ASP and CDO attachments

Annette,

This is an old message, so I don't know if you ever got an answer to your
problem, or found a solution yourself.

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem at the moment, starting with
trying to get the ObjectRenderer to change the link path it uses for
displaying the attachments in the message, and then displaying the message
itself.

I've actually managed to get attachments to be downloaded, provided they
aren't an embedded email, or something. However, the code seems to ask me
twice if I want to save or view the document, and if you save it, it keeps
a blank window open - very annoying!

If you have any kind of solution, then I would love to talk to you about
it, as MS is, shall we say, "less than useful" in their CDO documentation.
