Use response.write on your SQL statement to see what it looks like and the [
] may be wrapped in "" but usually you only need these if you have field
names with spaces or reserved names.  OR are you trying to insert data that
contains [], in which case you could add these on the results page.

Hi there,

I find it necessary to write square brackets into my SQL database (both MS
and MySQL)
I tried to write \[, but this wont work.
Can anybody tell me how I can write these brackets from within ASP ?
