<INPUT TYPE="BUTTON" NAME="VerifyInfo" VALUE="SubmitYour Info"
As you can see, I have added: onclick="VerifyInfo_OnClick();">
This makes sure that whenever a user clicks the button, the sub or
function VerifyInfo_OnClick() is called.
