I'm not really sure what you want, but try this:

<DIV STYLE="width:300;height:300;overflow:scroll">
...your HTML in here...
</DIV>

or use overflow-x or overflow-y if you only want to scroll in one direction
only

as with just about everything else, this probably only works in IE
