Default Making references to other objects

I use visual web developer 2005 express edition beta.

I am reading the book, i found in page 35,

The first way of adding references to your application is to highlight the solution in the Solution Explorer and then choose Web Site References from the Visual Studio menu.,
But i can not find the visual studio mmenu, do you intend view -> properties page.

Also, i found a third way to add references:
right-click
the solution in the Solution Explorer and select Add reference OR Add web reference.

is it true?
