Default Chapter 9--saving HTML

Step 3 on Page 152 says to save the html text to the Chapter 9 folder on the Wrox Web site. Where is this folder? How do you save to it?

I saved it in the Chapter 9 folder on my hard drive. The image files are also in the folder, but the buttons do not work. The buttons do work when I use the book code I downloaded from the Web. I've compared the two sets of code and there is no difference.

What do I need to do to make this work?
