General Ques: Netscape Icon on Address Bar

I have a general question. I am not sure if this is Javascript or CSS question.

When I use Netscape to go to Wrox.com,I see the Wrox icon on the address bar. How do I do this?

I'm not sure, but I seem to remember that you need to place an icon-file named "favicon.ico" in your webroot.
