Where is the Web Forum?

I have a question about a beginner JavaScript program I created. I wanted to ask for help here but see a disclaimor before entering this forum that says, "For Javascript questions not specific to this book, please see the Javascript forum in the Web forum category."

I am usually pretty good at finding parts of pages but I can't find this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm, did they hide it again?? Just kidding.

Click P2P on the menu on the left.
Click the + link right before Web.
The Web category expands
Select the second forum.

That's the JavaScript forum.
