Pg 413 question

I'm setting up a web page similar to the one explained on pages 413-416. It really doesn't explain how the next button is suppose to work. At least I'm not seeing it. In order for it to work should there be 3 pages setup exactly alike and all that changes is the center page info or am I missing something? I have everything working except how the 3 center pages change when the next button is selected.
