I'm having trouble applying the show srever behaiours on page 136 in booking_details.php

I can apply the show if empty behaviour ok, but when I apply the show if not empty behaviour it surrounds the show if empty behaviour.
The upshot of this is that one or other of the server bevaiours doesn't work. Either it works for the empty server behaviour or if both behaviours are deleted and applied again it may work in reverse with the ifnot empty sever working ok and the if empty not working.

I've even applied the behaviours in code view and it still comes out the same. I think I'm just going to have to redo the whole page from scratch unless someone has the answer.
