Thanks for your personal message. I'll reply here instead if you don't mind.
First of all, you could use PHP and MySql with IIS, so there is no real need to install Apache. However, if you insist on using Apache, go here:
http://www.apache.org/
Then click HTTP Server on the left and then choose Download under "Apache 2.0.53 Released". Then on the download page, download the file for "Win32 Binary (MSI Installer)" and run it.
That should be all....
