Default Tools and Complexity

 Hello

  I currently work on a project where people use the version control tool Rational ClearCase. Some people think it is very powerful, I find it very complex. Then I read Rod’s book. Page 72, Section Tools and Complexity. To me ClearCase address all the key issue listed in this section (High Licence cost, Extraordinary admin effort, etc).

I wonder if Rod is talking about ClearCase ?
