Hello,
I rarely download the source code for to these books, but in this case I thought I'd make an exception--it's fairly large and the source would be useful. And perhaps I am just not seeing the link, but why is there no way to download all of the source in a single archive?

I just downloaded the code file for all chapters and it has an extension of .rar, full name is ProCSharp2005.rar. How do you uncompress the chapters? I cannot go to the web site recommended because my company has blocked access to them. What to do?

Hi,
Somehow, in the current version of the code download, Chapter 19 has been duplicated into Chaper 21. Alas, the original code for Chapter 21 has gone away. Can this be adjusted?

It might be too late for you, but if not, download separately code for Chapter 21, it is different from huge ProCSharp2005.rar.
