Default Chapter 20 is inaccurate
Code for Chapter 20 is incomplete. Much more typing could be saved.
Using function CalcHash fails. Deployment from VS 2005 fails.
No word on debugging.

On p648: in "Create function CalcHash "
type "RETURNS nvarchar(60)" instead of "RETURNS nvarchar".
Now it will not fail.
