I don't know where to find the "source" (or info) for the soccer sample (page 96)

The http://soccer.dotnetnuke.com site does not currently exist (but we'll recreate it to avoid this confusion). Since the examples in the book are all administrative, they really cannot be seen on a site where you have no administrative authority. Since publishing of the book, we have added a "demo" site where you can freely create and administer (as Site Administrator, not Host) your own site without having to install DotNetNuke for yourself. Please feel free to create a demo site at http://demo.dotnetnuke.com (the site will be active for 24-48 hours depending upon the time of day created).
