In chapter 4 (Building Presentation Logic with WebSphere Studio) of the Professional IBM WebSphere 5.0 Application Server book, I am working with the Plants-By-WebSphere Home Page example. I am at the section of 'Creating the Layout'.

The problem:
When I save the frame layout of the 'newpage2.html' to 'salesitems.jsp', I get the following error:

'JSP TRANSLATE: IWAW0485E REGISTRY NOT INITIALIZED. COULD NOT FIND HASHTABLE TYPE......':):):)

I resolved this problem by:

Configured the Firewall (ZoneAlarm) to allow WebSphere Server, java launcher and javaw.exe. to access the Internet and act as a server.
