Default MQSeries Config for Learning JMS with JNDI

Hello All,
I am new to MQSeries although I have been working on WAS for a long time. I have studied the JMS theory but dont know how to put it on WAS and MQ. Can anybody please help to identify how to setup MQ and WAS connectivity for JMS using JNDI. There are a lot of whitepapers on net none of which I could use properly for the configuration of a purely JMS compliant case. Can anybody please help me out.
