Default Access Print Header/Footer

I am looking for a way to set the Header/Footer value from within the InfoPath form. What I want to do is take a generated value from an expression box an place it in the page Header and Footer for printing.

Default

I personally not able to find any ways to generate values from data source and place them in header or footer.

Although you can insert page numbers , date and time using some predefined codes available in InfoPath 2003. Please take a look on page 167 of this book where these codes are given.
