Hey there. I'd like to have a drop down list box, and depending on its selection by the user, I'd like it to open a different form. Or it could simply display different fields. For example, if the drop down menu identifies the person as male or female, I would like to have different fields for men than women. Can anyone help?

Offcourse you can dynamically add textboxes,checkbox,radiobuttons and labels dynamically.If your choice is more concerned with javascript then i can post the code for you.

We have a similar situation - we have a long company-wide survey that needs to created, but department heads only fill out their portion of it. Ideally, the form would be dynamically built (from SQL Server) to present them with the fields that apply to them. Is it possible to do this? Dynamic labels and controls?
