Default Where is Mr. Li Guojie??

I wonder why the editor of this book doesn't show any interest for his readers, nor the publisher?!

Wrong examples and wrong hyperlinks in the book, but no comment at all!
And no Errata available!

The original editor for this book is no longer with the company. I'm passing this on to the new editor to try to get her attention as well as the author's attention to this.
