Default Dynamic Form

Can Anyone have code or method which creates a Dynamic form. e.g. I am having Table in my main screen. If user selects one of the Record from the table, and click on edit button at that time new window will open with the existing fields and with the selected data.So user can edit it.

But stuff is the fields which will be generated those are dynamiclly generated..means e.g. if the field is "name" then on the Resulting form it will appear as textbox the attributes releated to it which is going to specify by me by programming... as well as control name....if next time i want to make that textbox to multiline textbox or combobox then it is also going to possible just by changing the control name in the calling method....

Please help me regarding this one...

Waiting for Rply

Thanks in Advance....
