Wonderful book. I was successful in getting the examples in Chapter 8 to work. One drawback that I have found is that after I create the DTS package using the Dynamic Properties, and scheduled it to run, even though the DTS Jobs runs as expected SQL Server Agent reports the job failed. Any ideas on how to convince the Agent that the job actually succeeded. I have looked at many Properties and can not seem to locate the one I need to update?

I figured it out.
My problem was that I had a "on success" workflow pointing to my
Dynamic-Fail task instead of a "on failure" workflow....once I changed it everything worked fine. Being a newbie, it wasn't obvious to me since it isn't explicitly said in the book.
