Default Starting SQL Server from VB

I am a VB programmer. I want to start SQL Server from VB program. I am also keen to know that how i can create database when running the installation of the program. I wants to create a setup program in such a way that it should install my program, MSDE , the database and database objects. If anyone knows about this please help me.
