Anyway has problem to run Chapter 9 source code?
I couldnt find MyWorkflow.xoml & MyWorkflowRules.xoml
  XmlReader workflowReader = XmlReader.Create("MyWorkflow.xoml");
  XmlReader rulesReader = XmlReader.Create("MyWorkflowRules.xoml");

They have an errata on Chapter 9 and had published a download with the corrected code from Chapter 9
