Default Chapter 13 Page Flow Application Block

In Chapter 13: Windows Workflow Foundation and ASP.NET: page 323, the author talks about a Microsoft implementation for work flow in ASP.net instead of using the work around that the author suggests.

Is the Page Flow Application Block within the Web Client Software Factory this microsoft implementation that the author is talking about or are microsoft going to release another solution?
