Default Figure 5-2: No"Presidents and their Favorite Book"

Hi all,
I just started the first project in Chapter 5 'Developing a Rich Web Database Application'. I completed Try It Out "Creating a New Web Application" Steps 1 thru 7 on Page 82. I am doing Try It Out "Using Master Pages" Steps 1 - 13 on Pages 83-84: Step 8 on Page 84 is very comfusing to me and Steps 11, 12 and 13 on Page 84 are hard for me to follow. However, I managed to finish Step 13 on Page 84, but I got a figure similar to Figure 5-2 without the "Presidents and their Favorite Books" on the top of Content - Content1 (Custom)!!!! I think I did not do the Step 8 on Page 84 right!!! Did anyone get the Figure 5-2 completely right? Could you please explain/illustrate to me how you made that Step 8 right?
Thanks in advance,
Scott Chang

The title "Presidents and their books" goes in the the first row of the table(Step 9). The table comes from the content of the "masterpage.master" object created in that exercise. Good luck with the future exercises, they're a bitch!!!
