Chapter 5: Working with Master Detail & Figure 5-8

Hi all,

I have hard time to do "Working with Master Detail" and "Add a Book Page" on Pages 93-94. I can not get the Results shown in Figure 5-8 on Page 94. Did anyone get Steps 1 thru 12 of Try It Out "Adding a Book Page" on Pages 93-94 done successfully and the results shown in Figure 5-8? Please response and tell me the important key things I need to be very careful to execute.
