An issue in Chapter 5 that for me so far has resisted any kind of fix is the Try It Out Adding a Book Page, Step 9, Page 94. Regardless of how I tackle this, the dialog comes up grayed out, and I am not able to select the Insert, Update, and Delete options. Has anyone had any success with this? I should probably add that the rest of the Try It Out works just fine. It’s just that I cannot get the Edit and Delete links on the Figure 5-8 form.
