Default Mystery Directory
At the beginning of Chapter 4 (pp. 60, 62, and 63), the book talks about connecting to a database in a "temporary directory", supposedly introduced in an earlier chapter. However, I have not been able to find this term or notion defined or explained in any previous chapter. What is this mystery temporary directory, and what is the significance of it?
