Default Can't create first program from Ch. 1

I have no problem creating the "Hello World" program. I can successfully build the program. However, I cannot debug or run the program. Pressing F5 results in an error message telling me that the binding handle in invalid. How can I fix this?

I found the answer on the Internet. Just click Project -> Properties -> Debug and then uncheck the box next to "Enable the Visual Studio hosting process".
