Default Sql Server 2005 Problem

I can not add, change, or delete a record using the example in Chapter 3. I have built other sql databases, created a new datasource. I drug the fields to the form, but If I added a record and pressed the save button on toolbar that is built by VB, it did not make the changes to the database. This has me really scratching my head. I have been using Visual Basic 6 for years and can't get a simple thing in VB 2005 Express to work.

Any help would be appreciated.
