Default Chapter 3 app.config file
I notice that the download example of chap.03 has code within the ,<configSections>.

This code does not appear when I build the project from scratch.

Can anyone explain this, and could it be part of the difficulty in displaying the names in Listbox Chap 07 Page 126 ?
