Default How to pass plus (+) character in querystring

Is it possible to pass plus (+) character in the querystring?

I already tried using Server.HTMLEncode but the plus character is converted to space. I also read that the javascript's escape function cannot convert plus.

You should use Server.URLEncode not HTMLEncode.

Very helpful ittorget,
Try URLEncode
<a href="test2.asp?testVal=<%= Server.URLEncode("4+4=8")%>">CLickHere</a>
