Default advanced features of AD-HOC reports

I Have been using SQL Reporting Services 2000 with microsoft SqlServer2000,.Net framework 1.1 and visual studio 2003.i have good programming knowledge in preparing reports dynamically.But had a problem in creating Matrix reports.Now my question is can i install mocrosoft Sql Reporting services 2005 on the same configuration will it work with all the features or else framework has to be changed and also it is compulsary.
