"msxml3.dll error '80072ee7'

I have an .asp page attempting to grab content from my webpage. Does anybody know how to resolve the following error?

"msxml3.dll error '80072ee7'
The server name or address could not be resolved"
The error occurs on the line: "xmlhttp.Send".

Well the most likely causes are that the server could not be found or you are trying to access pages on the same server but not using ServerXmlHttp.

You'll need to show some code and be more specific.

Correction : I have an .asp page attempting to grab content from another webpage. Well, the code looks like this :

if xmlstatus="none" or xmlstatus="update" then
    Dim xmlhttp
    Set xmlhttp = Server.CreateObject("MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP.3.0")
    xmlhttp.Open "GET", sourceFile, false
    xmlhttp.Send

The only time I have seen this is when the other web page is on the same server and in the same folder as the current page, assuming that is the other server is not just down.

Fix

OK, I spent all day non it. I had a live server and a new server sitting side by side, so I knew I was close to a fix. After much searching. I found out that in my broken server that was trowing the errors.

msxml3.dll error '80072ee7'
The server name or address could not be resolved
/ipn/default.asp, line 20

My network connection had no DNS's listed. I could not even browse the web. Put in some DNS's and all was fixed.
