Windows Service
Please Help ! I use C# to write a Windows Service, i want my service can capture key event (such as : keydown, keyup ) . How to do it ?

I don't think this is possible.

A Windows Service runs as a background process, so it never gets the focus, and never receives key pressed events.

I could be wrong, but this is how I think it works.

You're not making a key logger, are you??

for Keyboard Hooking check out this and also this,
(for a key logger I think there is no logical need for a WindowsService).

I thought you couldn't because I read that a service couldn't raise notifications and such, that it was best to use a service with a windows form.
