Access XP VBA compatibility issues w/ Access 2000

I created an application for formatting Excel spreadsheets and uploading them all with the click of a single button within Access. The application works fine in Access XP, but my users with Access 2000 receive the error "Compile error: User-defined type not defined" Clicking on the "Debug" button highlights the following:

Dim fd As FileDialog

The user has selected the reference to the Excel 9.0 Object library, but still receives this error. Anybody know what the problem might be?

I found the answer on the MSDN website. The FilePicker object was introduced in the Office 10.0 Object Library. Any users with object libraries older than 10.0 (practically all) will be unable to use an application that utilizes the FilePicker object.
