Precompile.axd

Hi, is precompile.axd still a feature of asp.net 2.0? I can't seam to get it to work which leads me to believe that MS cut it out of ASP2.0 in all their divine wisdom.

If so how do i get it to work, i get the
"The resource cannot be found." error
