Translating si function to HTML

I came to notice that in one of the pages of a web page source code, there is a function called javascript:si((number), //searchstart//);

In regarding to that function, I am convinced that it is a search index function. But, as for testing purposes, I would want to get the URL link as the translation of the function.

Is that possible? Is there any solution to this problem?

Thanks
