connecting to database

I'm working with VB.Net in Visual Studio 2005. I want to create a connection to an Access DB I have created. There is a pop up asking if I want to bring the database into my project or create the connection onto the network where the database is now. It says if I copy to the project it will be recopied each time the App runs. Just thought I'd ask which direction I should go with this as I am not really sure. Pros?/Cons?

I imagine "recopied each time the apps runs" would be filed under the "con" column.

Have you considered using SQL server express instead of access, if it free and give you the benefit of a "real" SQL server instead of the problems that tend to come from using Access.

Thanks for the reply planoie!

I did actually start out trying to use SQL Server Express. I just got a little overwhelmed, so I went back to access since I know access. How hard do you think it would be to use SQL Server? I wasn't really finding the info. I needed when I was trying to learn SQL Server. If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it very much.
