editing and cacheing

i have a table. i select all rows [paged] from it for certain users, and a subset of rows [paged] from it for other users. if i edit a record in the table, the cache gets updated. question is, should i be supporting 2 caches, one for each type of user or do they all draw from the same cached set of data?
thanks for any help...

i'm thinking i should be disabling cacheing for this kind of data...

could i raise this question again? and further complicate matters. i need various subsets of the table [it is an Employees table] at different times, for various types of user. what cacheing should be employed to support this?
eg, some employees are TeamLeaders. i need a list of these to populate a dropdown. others are managers, again, i need a list of these to populate a dropdown.
