web.config
 
I am making a website with couple of page..and i want the authentication only for 2 pages not for all the pages .....when I open any particular page from those three pages only then Page should ask me for login..
othwise my home page should open without asking any login authentication.

anyone can help me pls?

Look at the authentication and authorization nodes of the web.config files. You can specify forms authentication as the main authentication mechanism. Then you set the whole site to be accessible to unauthenticated uses, then use "location" nodes to define the specific paths of the files you wish to restrict.
