modeless userform

Anyone know how to make a userform go behind another window (like Word) when another window is selected?
vbmodeless does not do it.
Thanks

Try changing the Show Modal property of the form to false at design time, rather than using .Show(vbModeless) while this property is true.

Thanks for reply!
After working with this for awhile I realizes what I really want to do:
Is there a way to make the userform visible without showing Excel?

A simple option would be to include Application.Visible = False in UserForm_Initialize
