Backup and Recovery Chapter Question
This chapter suggests that we use a SQL Maintenance plan to backup TFS databases.
The problem is that these 11 TFS databases are dependent on each other. Therefore, isn't it true that they need to be backed up as a unit (atomically)? Is it possible to create a SQL Maintenance plan that guarantees this? If so, how? If not, what is the correct way to ensure that this requirement is met? Should we use marked transactions? |
