Who else is using ip addresses rather than host headers in an NLB?

We've a simple setup, a pair of identical servers running Windows 2008 R2 64 bit, IIS 7.5, setup as a web farm using NLB, a shared configuration. The config files and content are on a SANS array using UNC paths. IP4, no IP6.

We have to use ip addresses rather than host headers for the sites. I add the ip address via the NLB manager, then bind the address to the site using IIS. Who else is using ip addresses rather than host headers, and does it cause you any problems?
