Non-URL'd Menu Header Turns Red

I have a horizontal menu with a static top level. One of the top level menu items is a "header" and does not have a URL assigned to it (url=""). When the user hovers over this header the lower level menu items are displayed.

All this works well except that when the user selects one of the pages from the lower level menu items the header text turns red.

To see this in action go to:

http://www.ZeeMfg.com

and notice the "Products" menu item. Hover over it and then select "Photo Gallery" or "Door Styles". When the requested page comes up notice that the text for the "Products" menu header has turned red.

I'd like to prevent it from changing color or be able to choose the color to change it to - any ideas?

Hi there,

The "header" is still an a element and gets its color from

a
{
color: #cc0505;
}

in css_page.css

To overrule the color for the menu, you can add a rule such as:

a.static
{
color: whatever you want;
}

For questions not related directly to my book (such as this one) would you mind posting in a more general ASP.NET or HTML / CSS fourm: http://p2p.wrox.com/asp-net-4-539/ ?

Hope this helps,

Imar
